On February 4th, Transportation Services presented to ASG the new potential bus fee and parking permit increase. Students were able to ask questions to the director of Transportation Services, Ms. Nancy Nusbaum, and address any inquiries they had. Below you can find the presentation that was prestented for your knowledge along with a memorandum from President McDaniel pertaining to the issue. Our offices are located in LBJ Student Center fourth floor in room 4-5.1. Our doors are always open, please feel free to stop by to speak to a student government representative. The President and Vice President are often times in the office but to guarantee a meeting with them please call a head and schedule an appointment, you can call at 512.245.1274.
Senate meetings are held every Monday night starting 7 p.m. in the LBJSC Teaching Theater on the 4th floor. All meetings are open to the public, so students can see the difference ASG makes at this university. Students are encouraged to come voice their opinions about issues they are having during our open forum time of the meeting.
House meetings are held every other Friday starting at 2:00 in JCK 480, all meetings are open to the public.
Our next Senate meeting will be March 18th at 7pm in the LBJ Teaching Theater on the 4th floor.
