Welcome to the Associated Student Government!
Our Mission
Mission:
We are Texas State- this is more than a phrase, It is our identity during our time on campus. Our mission is to change the campus community through Connecting, Learning and Serving. Our job is to represent you, the students (our peers) here at Texas State University and to our school system.
The Associated Student Government acts as the voice for every bobcat. The senate consists of sixty senators that represent the on-campus, off-campus and academic college constituency. All ASG meetings are open so that you can learn about the issues we face as students and call attention to items that are important to you, the student. Meetings are Mondays at 7 pm on the fourth floor of the LBJ Student Center in the Teaching Theatre.
ASG Office: Our offices are located on fourth floor of the LBJ Student Center in Suite 4-5.1.
Office Hours: To be determined.
In most cases an ASG Officer will be present in the office at these times; our doors are always open but to ensure a meeting with the President or Vice President please call ahead at 512.245.1274
