ASG Treasurer

The ASG Treasurer monitors the finances of the Associated Student Government, and with the ASG President and Senate creates the bi-annual budget. Serves as the financial advisor to the President.

Athletics Liaison

The Athletic Liaison is the student coordinator of the Football tailgate at each home game. They also serve as the voice of the ASG in affairs that deal directly with Texas State Athletics and work alongside Texas State Athletics to promote a strong relationship between students, student athletes, and staff.

The Athletic Liaison also chairs the Athletic Tailgate Committee which is tasked with organizing and coordinating all the Tailgate events and logistics for home football games.

Veterans Liaison

The Veterans Liaison advises the ASG President and ASG legislature on student veterans, student military service members, spouses of student veterans, spouses of student military service members or student widows/widowers of military service members and veterans issues. They also coordinate and promote student veterans and student military service member’s issues and affairs for the Texas State Associated Student Government.

Freshman Council Director

The Freshman Council Director coordinates the efforts of the Freshman Council as an Executive Agencies of the Associated Student Government. The Director's responsibilities include but are not limited to advising the Freshman Council and ASG President on Freshman Council activities.

National Pan-Hellenic Council Liaison

The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) Liaison serves as a student representative of to ASG relating to issues important to NPHC.

Panhellenic Liaison

The Panhellenic Liaison serves as a student representative to ASG relating to issues important to the Panhellenic Council.

Interfraternal Council Liaison

The Interfraternity Council (IFC) Liaison serves as a student representative of the ASG relating to issues important to IFC.

Multi-Cultural Greek Council Liaison

The Multi-Cultural Greek Council (MGC) Liaison serves as a student representative of the ASG relating to issues important to MGC.

Non-Traditional Student Organization Liaison

The Non- Traditional Student Organization Liaison (NTSO) Liaison serves as a student representative to the ASG relating to issues important to NTSO.

Residence Hall Association Liaison

The Residence Hall Association (RHA) Liaison serves as the student representative to the ASG relating to issues important to RHA.
